At Shwanky, we partner with Printful to produce and ship every order on demand. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Ordered the wrong size
  • Changed your mind
  • Found it cheaper elsewhere

We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before ordering!

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we've got you. Contact us at support@shwankyshop.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll review it and send you a replacement at no cost. No need to ship anything back.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll look into it with our fulfillment partner.
